  Hand-made in Sweden by a small family business, it was invented to be a ‘third hand’ to take care of and control stubborn yarn-balls. Knit or crochet comfortably at home or bring your yarn with you wherever you go. Twizzter combines yarn safety with total flexibility.

  The rotating function supplies the yarn smoothly at your own pace.

  We’ve tested and used this cool gadget ourselves, and it really does make knitting on the go (or around a playful puppy) that much easier. Suitable for all sorts of balls and cakes of yarn. To use with a skein, we recommend winding it into a cake on a ball winder or by hand using a nostepinne.

• How to use
  

  Inserting the yarn
  

  • Separate the bottom part of the Twizzter by pulling it gently downwards.
  • Insert the rounded tube of the upper part into thecake/ball hole using your fingers to guide it through.
  • Insert the bottom part back into the two holes of the rounded tube and push it inwards to secure.
  • Your Twizzter is ready for use.

  Yarn Formats

  Your Twizzter can be used for manysizes and shapes of ball/cake of yarn.

  Tightly woundballs with very narrow centre holes won’t fit, nor will hand-wound balls with no centre hole.

  Use a nostepinne (or rolling pin, dustpan handle etc) to (re)wind the yarn into a cake/ball with a hole in the centre. Or ask us to wind your yarn for you on our ball winding machine.

  Left- or right handed

  Depending on whether you are left/right handed and which way the skein rotates you maywant to invert the skein (flip it up-side-down) to make the yarn flow easier.

  Outside-in

  Without a Twizzter, you’d likely pull from the centre for loose balls/cakes of yarn, but we recommend always pulling from the outside. This way you won’t affect the twist and gauge of the yarn, and the Twizzter will rotate as you pull the yarn.
