The 4 oz Replacement Flyer for the SpinOlution Pollywog spinning wheel. The flyer is the assembly that holds the hooks and the bobbin during spinning. This product is the flyer assembly only, without a head or bobbin. It includes a hook orifice bar. The right replacement when an existing Pollywog 4 oz flyer is damaged, or when upgrading an older flyer to the current production model.

Replacement Flyer vs Flyer Head & Bobbin

This product is for replacing or upgrading the 4 oz flyer assembly only. If you want to add 12 oz capability to your Pollywog or replace a damaged 12 oz flyer, you’ll want the Pollywog 12 oz Flyer Head with Bobbin instead, which includes the wooden head piece, the 12 oz flyer, and a 12 oz bobbin together. There is no separate 12 oz Pollywog flyer-only product; the Flyer Head with Bobbin is the 12 oz replacement option.
