An interesting knit, a collar…
This is one of those hard to call what it is knits but nevertheless, it’s fabulous. Call it a necklet, a collar, a necklace, call it a knitted doodah. One thing is for sure it looks great and it would make for a great gift idea and Mothers Day is just around the corner. Hint, hint….
Knitted in the round in in blocks three colors of our wonderful organic cotton yarn, so it feels pretty wonderful too ~

Notions needed
Gauge: 16 sts and 36 rows, counting 18 ridges in 4″ of garter stitch.
Techniques applied: Knitting in the round, color changes with yarn kept in back of work throughout, decreasing, changing needles, I-cord bind off, weaving in ends and stitching a circle in the middle opening. The body of this sample was blocked but not the I-cord.
