It is sufficient to make size 1 (3-6 months), with a 20 finished chest circumference, size 2 (6-12 months) with a 21.5 finished chest circumference, size 3 (1-2 years) with a 23.25 finished chest circumference, or size 4 (2-3 years), with a 24.75 finished chest circumference.
