These hand carders come in 2 different sizes and gauges of cloth.
For normal carding:
Wire gauge #20
64 dts/inch
6 3/4″ x 10″ (leather size: 6 1/2″ x 4 3/4″)
For Finer carding or to brush woolen blankets, tapestries, rugs, etc:
Wire gauge #26
105 dts/inch
8 1/2″ x 10″ (leather size: 8 1/4″ x 4 3/4″)
