Olympus Sashiko threads are imported from Japan and are of the very highest quality. 100% cotton sashiko threads like these differ from other embroidery-type treads because they are not made to be divided, havemultiple very fine plies and no sheen, and are pre-shrunk. They’re great for everything from heirloom art pieces, to useful everyday objects, to boro style mending and beyond. These beautiful variegated color skeins contain 20 meters of thread.

V92, V93, & V94 are short pitch meaning each color is 1-1.5 inches (2-4 cm) long before shifting to the next color.
