This DK-weight yarn is spun from the wool of the Guirra sheep, a breed native to the Valencian Community in Spain. It is currently classified as an endangered native breed. The fleece has a unique red undertone that looks stunning dyed or on its own.

It’s a blend of 65% Guirra and 35% Spanish Merino.

There are approximately 125 yards per 2-ounce skein.
