Extra fine merino wool nepps in Wood. Milled in Italy from 19 micron Australian merino, these small entangled fiber balls add texture, color speckle, and dimension to fiber projects without the bulk of full roving.

What you can do with them

• Needle felt onto a base for spots, freckles, or detail work
• Wet felt into batts and 3D pieces for surface texture variation
• Spin alone or blended into batts and rovings for tweed-effect yarn
• Lay onto warps or weft for textured handwoven cloth

About nepps
