This blanket is stunning; a real family heirloom and the perfect present for a new baby. I had enough leftover yarn to make some bobbles but decided in the end to leave them off, less is more in some situations, however, it is always an option!

Finished Measurements

One size, but note that I have given the pattern repeat,so it is easy to upsize. The instructions for the border work for a larger blanket too

Tension: 12 pinwheel pattern rows and (3 sets of pinwheels and 6dc) sts.

Yarn

2 balls of Mrs Moon’sPuddingyarn in each of the followingcolours:
Sugared Almond (CC1),
Peppermint Cream (CC2),
Darjeeling (CC3),
Gooseberry Fool (CC4),
Marshmallow (CC5),
Fondant Fancy (CC6)

I used an additional ball of Sugared Almond for the final picot edge.

Needles/Equipment

3.75mm hook

The stitch pattern is a multiple of 10 + 7 for the base chain. It is therefore easy to upsize, the border is worked the same as the pattern.
