Construction notes from the designer:
This hat is worked bottom up from ribbed brim through charted Fair Isle pattern followed by a solid-color stockinette stitch top, softly gathered with rapid crown decrease. It is finished with a jaunty, though optional pom-pom.

Fits head circumferences 1921 / with 13 of negative ease.
