No specific information about what sheep breed or breeds these undyed wools are from is available. Our best guess is that they are blends from different breeds, most likely Corriedale and Merino, both of which flourish in the country’s varied climates.
New Zealand is well known for their excellent and ethically sound sheep farming practices, and for the resulting quality of their wool.
